Lead UX/UI Designer, 2010–Present
Created the UX and UI design for several chart topping mobile games. Including Injustice 2, Mortal Kombat X, Injustice, and Batman: Arkham Origins.
Helped grow and mentor a team of UI Designers, UX Designers, and 2D Artists.
Instituted a User Centered Design process and focus for the UX/UI team that was not previously followed.
Implemented our Nexus Design System, helping UX, UI, and Devs share UI elements easily. Increasing collaboration and design cohesion.
Overhauled the Visual Design process to have clear creative direction from blue sky to fine details.
Worked closely with Product Managers to greatly increase retention and boost KPI’s.
Created Interaction, Visual, and Motion Design for the console games Mortal Kombat 9 and 10, as well as Injustice: Gods Among Us.
Worked with our User Research group to conduct usability testing on wireframes, prototypes, and functional builds.
Managed outsource UI and art teams for three simultaneous projects keeping them to a high quality bar.

Led the UI team on two Tony Hawk video game projects.
Set the flow and information architecture for the titles.
Art directed and collaborated with outside contractors and the Activision marketing team.
Developed new interaction patterns for a unique depth and motion sensing peripheral.

Designed and animated TV commercials in a highly time critical environment for clients like Crest, Marlboro, and Vivendi.

Created the visual style and implemented the UI for the unreleased Def Jam 2 fighting game.
Concepted a unique interface for an art based game for the Nintendo DS.

First brought animated motion comps to the design process.
